Findings arrive ordered by urgency, each with the animal, the room, the time, and the data behind it.

Panoptic watches the animal and its environment continuously — around the clock and displays what it finds to the daycare or boarding operator.
Stream one

The collar’s sensors record vital signs and activity without restraint, sedation, or a trip to a veterinarian’s table. Measurement happens while the animal engages in their normal daily activities.
A resting heart rate that is ordinary for one dog is a warning in another. Panoptic learns each individual animal, so a change is read against that animal’s own vital signs, rather than a breed average.
How much an animal moves, how it settles, and how its night differs from the night before are among the earliest signs of distress.
The biometric layer is built on PetPace™ collars — the most studied smart collar in the veterinary literature. Tel Aviv University’s Department of Biomedical Engineering, working with North Carolina State University’s College of Veterinary Medicine, compared measurements obtained by the collars against lab-controlled ECG and pulse oximetry measurements and reported 94.3% agreement. In a second NC State study, the university found the collar’s heart-rate variability and activity output distinguished healthy animals from those in osteoarthritic pain. Finally, independent work at the University of Veterinary Medicine Vienna measured the collar against Holter-ECG and confirmed its heart-rate accuracy.
Stream two

Our camera system is paired to the collars, so the system always knows which animal is in frame.
As an animal moves through your facility, coverage passes from camera to camera. There is no gap in the record when a dog walks from one area to the next in your facility.
The PetPace™ collar reports a posture score continuously. When that score falls outside the range set for that animal — a dog holding itself differently, settling oddly, or not moving when it should be — the Panoptic system pulls the video from that moment and runs it through an AI trained to read canine movement to determine if this change is worth a closer look. Issues surface early enough for your team to act or discuss with a veterinarian.
Every stay is recorded, and every recording is synced with the PetPace™ collar data. So when something happens — a scuffle, a limp noticed at pickup, a question that arrives three days later — you are not reconstructing the day from memory. You open that minute and watch what led up to it, what happened, and what your team did next.
Stream three

Temperature, humidity, volatile organic compounds, and noise shape how an animal sleeps, eats and recovers. Panoptic monitors the room as the animal experiences it.
A rise in respiratory rate reads differently at 84°F than at 68°F. Environmental data is what provides context for biometric observations.
Air quality in a kennel room matters to the team members who work eight-hour shifts in it. The Panoptic sensors monitor environmental conditions that impact both humans and animals.
A failing HVAC zone or a blocked vent shows up as an alert in the data before anyone feels it.
Actionable situational awareness
Alerts are prioritized by urgency and backed by actionable biometric, video and environmental data.
Findings arrive ordered by urgency, each with the animal, the room, the time, and the data behind it.
Notifications reach whoever is on duty now, with escalation if the first person does not acknowledge.
Every stay produces a timeline a pet parent or a veterinarian can read — what happened, when, and what was done.
Complete situational awareness
For years, watching an animal closely in a boarding or daycare facility meant settling for a fraction of the picture. Cameras show you a room; booking software tracks a reservation. But video alone cannot read a vital sign, measure the air an animal is breathing, or tell whether a change in behavior is illness or just a warm afternoon. The biometric and environmental intelligence that would complete the picture — and the correlation that turns a reading into an answer — has simply not been available to these facilities at all until now.
The Panoptic Sentinel System™ was engineered to be that product. We designed and built the world’s first proprietary fully integrated situational awareness platform that boarding and daycare facilities never had: one system that fuses biometric, visual, and environmental data into a single, continuously reconciled record for every animal.
